Ingredients of bulgur kibbeh

  • Two cups of bulgur.
  • 500 g of finely chopped meat.
  • Two onions, finely chopped.
  • Two tablespoons of soft parsley.
  • black pepper.
  • Ginger.
  • Mixed spices.
  • Meat spices.

How to prepare:

  1. Wash the bulgur and soak it in the water for a quarter of an hour, then filter it well.
  2. Add two-thirds of the amount of meat to bulgur and with it a teaspoon of cumin, black pepper and mixed spices, and meat spices, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix the above ingredients together, until you have a homogeneous mixture.

  7. Stir the filling ingredients together, then make a hole in the center of the kebbe balls, then gently close them well.
  8. Put a pot on the fire and put in it an amount of oil, then put the balls of kibbeh with it and reduce the fire from it until it becomes golden in color.
  9. Take the kubba out of the oil, filter it, and then stack it in a serving dish.

How to prepare bulgur kibbeh with semolina

the ingredients:

  • Two cups of bulgur.
  • Half a cup of fine semolina.
  • Two onions, finely chopped.
  • A cup of chopped nuts.
  • Two cups of water.
  • Two tablespoons of tahini.
  • Two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.
  • black pepper.
  • cinnamon.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • salt.

How to prepare:

  1. Wash the bulgur well and then soak it in warm water for a quarter of an hour until the water is well absorbed, then add semolina, onions, salt and black pepper.
  2. Mix the above ingredients together until you have a firm dough.
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing the finely chopped onions, with finely chopped nuts, tahini, black pepper, cinnamon and parsley.
  4. Mix the ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Cut the dough into small pieces and shape it into balls.
  6. Make a hole in each ball, fill the gap with filling, then close it well.
  7. Put a frying pan on the heat and heat it with oil, then put the globule balls with it, and leave it until browned.
  8. Take the kubba out of the oil, filter it, and serve.
