Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 3ripe bananas (about 1 1/3 cup / 325 ml)
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)vegetable oil
- 1 C. Tea (5 mL)vanilla
- 1 cup (250 mL)granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL)all-purpose flour
- 1 C. makers (5 ml)of sodium bicarbonate
- 1/2 tsp. 1 tsp (2.5 mL)salt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C). Place a paper mold in each of the 12 muffin cups; Leave besides.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then stir in the eggs, oil and vanilla until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add the sugar and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix everything. Add the chocolate chips.
Spoon into the paper molds. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes. Leave to cool in the molds, on a wire rack, for 10 minutes, before turning out the muffins. Let cool completely, then store in airtight containers for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
Variation: If desired, add a pinch of freshly ground nutmeg to the muffins.
